Placing Orders
- Payment: All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Payments are securely processed using trusted third-party systems.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email. If you spot any errors, let us know ASAP so we can fix them.
- Delivery Times: Delivery estimates are just that—estimates! While we aim to meet the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally happen due to factors outside our control (like postal strikes, weather, or ill health).
- International Orders: You’re responsible for any customs duties or taxes that apply in your country.
- Custom Orders: If you place a custom order, please be aware that there is a minimum processing time of 2 weeks. If you need your stickers sooner, please drop us an email at sigilstickers@gmail.com. If there are any delays at our end we will get in touch via the email you provided with your order.
