Here’s the scoop on getting your stickers safely to you and what to do if you change your mind.
Delivery Info
UK Orders
- Free 2nd Class Royal Mail: Sit tight! Your stickers will arrive within 3-7 working days.
- 1st Class Postage: Need them faster? Upgrade to 1st Class for delivery in 1-3 working days. Additional postage costs are calculated in the cart or during checkout.
International Orders
- International orders are sent via a standard service and may take up to 28 days to reach you. A fixed fee applies to all international deliveries and will be calculated in the cart or during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your stickers! If you’re not 100% happy, you can return them for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- How it Works:
- Drop us a message at sigilstickers@gmail.com to arrange the return.
- Pack your items securely and send them back (you’ll need to cover the postage).
- Once we’ve received your return, I’ll process your refund promptly.
Help! My order didn’t arrive!
If you place an order without tracked shipping and it doesn’t arrive, please get in touch with us and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund – whichever you prefer. Please wait at least a week or two after your expected delivery date before contacting us as sometimes there can be delays, particularly for international orders.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Items must be unused and in their original condition for a refund.
- Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for return parcels lost in transit, so it’s a good idea to use a tracked service!
